Measures to Support Accessibility

ProVision Acupuncture takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of our website:

  • Include accessibility throughout our internal policies.

  • Integrate accessibility into our procurement practices.

  • Regularly review and update our website to improve accessibility.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. ProVision Acupuncture is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Whilst ProVision Acupuncture strives to adhere to the guidelines and standards for accessibility, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website, and we are currently working to achieve this. Be aware that due to the dynamic nature of the website, minor issues may occasionally occur as it is updated regularly. We are continually seeking out solutions that will bring all areas of the site up to the same level of overall web accessibility.

Physical Accessibility

Please note that our clinic is located in a building that does not have an elevator. Access to our clinic requires the use of stairs. We understand that this may pose a challenge for some individuals, and we are committed to finding ways to accommodate all of our patients. If you have any accessibility concerns or require assistance, please contact us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to support you.

Feedback

If you have any comments and suggestions relating to improving the accessibility of our site or our clinic, please don't hesitate to contact our accessibility coordinator. Your feedback will help us make improvements.
